Connection & Healing through Music & Meditation
These group meditations were instigated by my team back in 2022. I hold several each month, mini-meditations within meetings and stand alone meditations lasting for no longer than thirty minutes a time. Together we sit to music. Initially, we sat to music that I came across and enjoyed and thought would be a good fit. Then, in January 2023, Symphony asked me to start using the music that I sit to during my physical mediumship circle meetings by way of an extraordinary happening. They took a short clip of music from the music that is played during my development circle, infused it with a message of love and then placed it on my phone as a voice recording in my voice memos app. They even gave it a title, inserting a code to represent a space between each word. The spirit world’s ability to manipulate our technology never ceases to amaze me. Here, you can see how that magical moment infolded:-
Symphony went on to suggest that I use this same music in the group meditations. They let me know that they would infuse it with a powerful vibration of love that would assist in raising people’s vibration and connection to the spiritual realm. In addition, they are sending healing energy via my reiki attunement. At the moment, the group meditations are limited to parents with a child in spirit but I may create a group meditation that is available to all at some point. Aside from the benefits already mentioned, so much more is happening during the time that we sit together. The children of the parents present and Symphony are leaving messages either by way of independent voice phenomena or by infusing their messages within the music. Images are also being downloaded during the meditation practice. It truly is a magical experience. The example below is taken from a mini-meditation that took place during a circle meeting that I held on my birthday:-

In addition to the group meditations, I am also holding stand-alone, small group or one on one healing sessions. Within these sessions, Symphony channels their healing through my reiki attunement. These small group and one on one healing sessions are currently available to parents who have a child in spirit or others who have experienced a live conversation.
