Connection & Healing through Music & Meditation
These group meditations were initiated by my team back in 2022. I hold several of them each month, and the meditation itself lasts no longer than twenty minutes. Together, we sit to beautiful music alongside our loved ones in spirit and Symphony. Initially, I chose music that I thought would be a good fit for the meditation. However, in January 2023, Symphony asked me to begin using a different piece of music, how they went about conveying that was, yet another, breathtaking moment. They took a short clip from the music that is played during my physical mediumship home circle meetings, infused the clip with a message of love, and placed it on my phone as a voice recording in the Voice Memos app. They even gave it a title, adding a code to represent a space between each word. The spirit world’s ability to manipulate technology never ceases to amaze me. You can see how that magical moment unfolded here:-
Symphony then suggested I use this same music during the group meditations, letting me know they would infuse it with a powerful vibration of love to assist in raising the vibration of participants and fostering their connection to the spiritual realm. After each meditation, those that wish to stay and share can do so. Experience has shown that our loved one in spirit will often come through and speak when their loved one here is sharing. Symphony too will often speak. The example below is taken from a meditation that took place on my birthday:-

In addition to the group meditations, I also hold one on one healing sessions. Within these sessions, Symphony channels their healing through my reiki attunement. These healing sessions are available to members of the community when time permits.
The number of vocal contributions by the spirit world continues to grow during these meditation and sharing sessions, making each gathering a truly magical experience for all who attend.
