Hello & Welcome

Hello and a warm welcome to my website. If you have an interest in spirit communication, I hope you will find plenty here to enjoy. From listening to what I hear to viewing videos of some of the incredible happenings I experience… there’s much to explore. The live conversations are truly incredible and not something I thought would be possible in my lifetime. It is such an honour for me to be a part of them and to witness the amazing conversations that take place. Same with images, they are being placed in my environment or the environment of my clients on an ongoing basis, with no assistance from us here. Fascinating to see. One of the objectives that I have been given by my team in spirit is to  “preserve and present” the evidence of what I experience. This I am now endeavouring to do through this website. 

Suffice to say here, the website wouldn’t be what it is without the huge amount of support I’ve received from family, friends and clients who have provided so much of the content. I’m deeply grateful. There is also a page dedicated to my son, Tommy, who returned unexpectedly to spirit in May, 2019. He became an integral part of what I now do and is a member of my incredible team, Symphony. Without them, I simply would not be doing what I’m doing and experiencing what I experience. My Garden. My Sanctuary.  It contains living things with expected life spans ranging from hundreds of years to less than 24 hours. All are living in their today, none are guaranteed a tomorrow. It is where I connected spiritually for years, picking up where I left off as a child. It is where I grieved the physical loss of my son. It is where I found him again. Around me. Within me.  A part of the Oneness of Everything.  Just like I am. Just like you are. Just like all our loved ones are… both here and in the spiritual realm. As I awakened to this knowing, as my heart opened up to it… my world expanded in ways that still take my breath away.

My Spirit Communication Experiences​

Without a doubt, my blend of mediumship and the ways in which the spirit world utilises it has led me to experience some incredible happenings. I hear the spirit world talk with me in the air on an ongoing basis… my team, my loved ones in spirit and the loved ones of others. My team creates wonderful opportunities for me to experience various phenomena, often giving me advanced notice so that I can capture what is happening to share with others. For example, they will whisper in my ear, telling me to look at the sky before a rainbow appears or ask me to watch a particular window on our house while they download images. They also help me practise my listening skills in distracting environments by using my energy to create words from the sounds surrounding me, which I then will hopefully hear in real time. I have received phone calls from the spirit world on both my cell phone and landline multiple times with messages subsequently being left via voicemail. I also use a sound source on my cell phone to have an interactive conversation with my team and loved ones anytime, anywhere. It’s been quite a journey. Live Conversations

I began facilitating the live conversations in February, 2021, under the guidance and direction of my team in spirit. Fast forward to now, these conversations are still taking my breath away. Many of those that have experienced a live conversation, both here and across the veil, are likening these conversations to a phone call… and for good reason. These are real time, two-way, interactive, immediately responsive conversations that are taking place. They are jam packed with love, profound moments, humour and the sharing of memories and current happenings.  Questions can be asked and discussions about ongoing communication and signs can take place. Personalities shine in this environment of direct communication and evidence slips into the conversations in wonderful ways. Through Sally, my husband brought up the topic of a nickname which I had not discussed, and within moments of that, my husband voiced the phrase I had been waiting to hear for almost two years. I cried tears of joy as I knew it was him. Even the inflection, how he worded it, how he hesitated when speaking, was the way he would say it to me. I can truly say it felt as though he were in the room talking directly to me without Sally…..it was an incredible experience, so evidential in nature, so human in connection, and …. over way too fast.

My brother, Tommy, has been dead for over five years and my brother Drew for six years. It's been that long since I have been able to speak with someone I spent every day of my life with. That is until my mom let me crash her meeting on a Sunday morning. I heard them both that day. We joked and bickered even with an entire veil separating us. What Sally gave me and my mom is something so priceless. I’ll never be able to thank her enough for who she is and what she does. Nothing will ever bring them back but she gave me a bit of each of them to carry me through until I see them again.

Images and moving images are being created/downloaded in our environment by the spirit world on an ongoing basis. Whether it be through the live conversation experiences, via various other recorded gatherings, my physical development circle meetings or by pure downloads in various natural locations in my day to day environment… they are happening. They are being created by the spirit world without any props or assistance from our side. Heart Smiles - I’m All Ears

This group is for those with an established belief in the afterlife who are willing to lend their ears occasionally to listen to what I hear by way of communication from the spirit world and to give feedback. I have a blend of mental and energy based physical mediumship abilities which the spirit world utilizes to talk, sing and make music in the air around me on an ongoing basis. I’m told by many that it is fascinating to hear the spirit world in this way, that it uplifts a heavy heart, erases doubts and brings much comfort. For me, feedback on what I share is an important aspect of my work as the ears of others help me to understand just what is easily heard outside of myself and what isn’t. And the concrete evidence of the continuance of life after this one is to be preserved and shared, so my team in spirit tell me.

Heart Smiles - I’m All Eyes

Images and moving images are regularly downloaded in the environment of my clients during a Live Conversation session and at other times. Invariably, the loved ones in spirit will inform us, in real time, of where they are placing the images. And then the fun begins!

Discovering where the images are and drawing out the details can be challenging. Practice and perseverance are necessary attributes that are needed in the learning process. Once an understanding and level of competence has been achieved in drawing out the images, the work can be incredibly rewarding. And what a beautiful way to serve both our loved ones in spirit and their loved ones here on the physical plane. In order to work on the image downloads, you will need a computer and to be prepared to install and use image editing software such as Lightroom. We are especially keen to bring onboard people with video editing skills as many of the images are moving images.

Confidentiality is of paramount importance. What is reviewed and worked on within this group is private and not to be shared.

The Hearts Smiles Circle Community

Why a Circle Community?

It was my team, Symphony, that suggested creating a circle community back in 2021. I understood the significance of calling them circles, they are an ancient way of gathering and connecting. There is no hierarchy in a circle gathering, each person’s voice has value…we can all learn and grow from each other.

About the Circle Gatherings

At present, the community is for  parents* with a child/children in spirit. Each month, there are four 90 minute circle gatherings, all are participatory to varying degrees, depending on the circle’s objectives. All four circle gatherings will include a short time spent together in a group meditation. The circles are led by either myself, the founder of the group, or by Sally Taylor. We are both experienced, evidential mediums with a child in spirit. And both of us are passionate about all things afterlife related and about helping others with their spiritual journey.

The primary focus of two of the circle gatherings is sharing. Anything and everything that has to do with the afterlife and communicating with our children is welcome to be shared. The sharing of stories and experiences are important as they potentially open other members up to the possibility of having similar experiences. Questions can be asked of each other. Confusions addressed. Struggles with connection shared. Recommendations can also be given in respect of anything that has benefited you  in relation to your  spiritual journey and connection. We have no support group affiliation,  each member is free to share as they wish.

During the circle meetings that I lead, Symphony is on hand to answer  questions. Though I ask for the questions to be of a general nature, Symphony will answer personal questions from time to time. Also, image downloads may  occur  occasionally, that’s always a wonderful experience.  And the children may come through with a message for their parents in any of the circle gatherings. During the Christmas period in 2022, all the children came forward in two of the circle meetings  that I led with little messages for their parents. In one of the meetings, all the children shared, some giving  a little evidentiary detail about the Christmas trees in their parents homes. Many of the parents could hear the words of the other children, not just their own. Such a beautiful experience for everyone present.

Please note, the objectives and content of all the circle gatherings  are fluid and will evolve as the community  evolves. The cost for  membership is just $18 per month which includes the opportunity to attend all four monthly circle meetings..the choice is yours with regard to how many circle meetings you attend. Likewise, you have the option to attend any or all of the  monthly group meditations. Payment for membership is due quarterly or half-yearly in advance. Heart Smiles - Ongoing Communication with our Children in Spirit

As spiritual beings having a human experience, we are always connected to our children in spirit. This group represents a safe space for those who have experienced the physical loss of a child* to come together and share about the wonderful ways in which they now communicate. It is also a space for those who haven’t personally experienced any form of communication yet but think such content would be helpful to their journey. Additionally, it’s a place to explore the limitless ways in which communication can occur and to ask questions of other group members. Anything that may help another by way of healing modalities and spiritual practices is also welcome to be shared.

A resource library exists within the group that covers a wide range of subjects including grief and healing, support, the afterlife and connection. Please contact a member of the admin team if you have anything you wish to add.

Heart Smiles is not affiliated with any support group, organization, belief system or ideology….it’s a coming together of all irrespective of individual affiliations. The all inclusive nature has many benefits both at a collective and individual level. It’s a group designed to assist in seeing the bigger picture in relation to communication which in turn can expand awareness and understanding at an individual level.

My heart smiles every time I come to know of the communication experiences of others as well as when I experience my own, hence the group name 🥰

Heart Smiles - Live Conversations with our Loved Ones in Spirit

If you are a parent* who has experienced the physical loss of a child and have an interest in having a real time, two way, conversation with them, this group is for you. The live conversation experiences have been described by many as being similar to that of a phone call…and for good reason.They tend to last from anywhere between 60 and 90 minutes and are jammed packed with love, profound moments, humor, the sharing of memories and current happenings, discussions and observations about all sorts of things. Evidentiary content comes through in so many ways…it slips into the conversation beautifully in some shape or form or via a question being answered. The child’s personality can shine, familiar phrases are often used and their happiness at having an opportunity to talk directly with their parents is almost tangible. Other loved ones in spirit may join the conversation with permission..leading to a wonderful family reunion. And image downloads are happening in many of the conversations. In real time, our children in spirit are letting us know that they are downloading images of themselves and others into the environment of their parents.. Sometimes, the images that are retrieved have an almost photographic quality to them. Incredible to see.

Though both mental and energy based physical mediumship abilities are in play, my facilitating of this type of direct communication is down to the incredible work and guidance of many in the spirit world. My gratitude for my son Tommy and my team, Symphony, is beyond words. Their love, support and faith in me has never wavered.

Rewilding Grief

Are you a parent who has lost a child? It is time to untame grief, breaking it free from the numbing, hiding, and even shaming our culture imposes. Death is a normal and natural part of our lives and it’s time that it has a seat at the table.

How we grieve in our culture is broken. The language we use, the time limits, and the belief systems that are imposed. The thought that we can return to normal when our world will never return to that particular normal again and we are taught to not honor how we are actually feeling. Are you ready to join me in rewilding grief?

Rewilding grief is a path back to living our birthright. It is the connection with ourselves, the world around us, and those who have transitioned. It is about feeling all the feels, being vulnerable, and experiencing fully all that life has to offer and the experiences we have. Both the loss and the love, the shattering and the connecting, pain and joy.

It is a step into our own darkness. In the depth of our pain, if you allow yourself to go there, stretches you. The darkness not only stretches you into pain but also stretches your ability to experience deeper moments of joy and love. We are taught to live in the shallow end of life. But it is in the deep end where we grow into our fullest and most powerful selves. Our darkness is a gift if navigated correctly. 

Rewilding grief is about untangling how we have been taught to grieve and instead define and choose what is right for you. Defining how you grieve and how you honor your loved one is empowering.

In those sessions, we will give language to our grief in a safe container. Where we can express what we are feeling with the intention of developing a relationship with grief and sorrow.

It is the extreme moments of our lives that define us. Pain and suffering can break and destroy us or they can crack us open and create growth, love, and strength. We often hear of post-traumatic stress but we forget about post-traumatic growth and how they often exist simultaneously. Remember, we are never fully living if we are afraid of dying.
